Get Started

Welcome to Bloom to Fit!

You have stumbled upon the largest (and only) community of fitness bloomers in the world. It is here where you begin your journey to building a better body for life.

Before we get started, let me give you a quick definition of what exactly a fitness bloomer is.

Now that we’re on the same page, let’s get started.

The word better is a little vague, but completely appropriate.

When I talk about building a better body, I’m not only referring to building a better looking body. I’m talking about building a stronger, more structurally sound body that is capable of supporting you in all the activities you choose to take part in over the course of your life. A better looking body is just a by product.

You see, today we live in a world where our environment and our surroundings are not apt for what our bodies have been designed for. Our bodies were built to move, to procreate, and to survive.

Our bodies were NOT designed to spend 40-50 hours a week in a chair. They were not designed to wear shoes or sandals. They were not designed to run on fast foods and processed foods. They were not built to take on chronic stress or go weeks without intense movement. They were simply not designed for today’s world.

But this is not your fault.

Years of inefficient biomechanical patterns have turned our bodies into weak, structurally imbalanced beings and although we may not feel it, our bodies are plagued with a great number of structural flaws. If these flaws are left untreated, our bodies will begin to develop chronic injuries that will hold us back from doing the things we want to do in life.

To build a better body, we want to focus on fixing these flaws.

Here is what a better body looks like.

Building a better body is a life-long journey. Very few things are a quick-fix in this world. The areas listed above need constant attention if you want to build a body that will last you a lifetime.
