    In a short moment of time your heart rate shoots up an an incredible feeling of satisfaction comes over you!
    The variety of exercises is endless and i can say the KB’s are truly additive!
    There is no excuse, as you can train at home, but my advise is to train on the beach! Exercising while throwing the KB’s be it forward or overhead backwards…there is nothing like it! Just make sure there is nobody around you while throwing. Also, it attracts within minutes interested people who would like to try and join!!
