I can’t believe it’s done. It’s actually complete!

19, 000 words, hours upon hours of video capturing and editing, and numerous series of finger cramps and headeaches later, my first premium training guide is finally finished.

And I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out.

It’s hard to describe the amount of time, work, and creativity that went into putting this program together. Long nights and longer weekends were the norm for months, but I’ll tell you this…

It was more than worth it.

I’ve learned a lot over the course of this entire creation process and, today, I’m very excited to share with you something I’ve poured my heart into for the past few months.

Why a Jump Rope Training Program

The jump rope is a powerful training tool.

There’s no doubt about that. It’s a tool that has literally stood the test of time and has helped countless athletes and weekend warriors build lean, agile, and highly coordinated bodies.

And, for quite some time now, I’ve been preaching it’s uniqueness and effectiveness on this blog.

I’ve told you about it’s numerous benefits, I’ve shown you some cool skipping exercises, and I’ve created some simple skipping workouts that you can take advantage of.

But what I haven’t done yet is show you the how.

I haven’t taught you how to master the fundamentals. I haven’t shown you how to pull off all those cool jump rope variations. And I haven’t shown you how to create your own jump rope workouts.

I haven’t shown you the intricate ins-and-outs of this powerful training style.

So that’s how the idea of this training program came about.

I wanted to fill that gap for you.

    Congrats on this – great that all the hard work, time and energy you’ve been putting in have borne fruit; it’s especially good to read the line “And I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out.” !

    You’ve been landing up in my inbox regularly ;-), and I must admit I still have a few of the newsletters unread, but the jump-rope and ‘keeping motivated’ posts have been great!

    Here in my country usualy take very long to delivery anything,

Anyway, I probably won’t miss it whatever the price, and you know why? Because, and I think I speak on behalf of most of the bloomtofitters, you have managed to make us TRUST you.   5. Hi Srdjan, I’m really excited that you came out with this program because skipping rope and bodyweight exercises are the only activities that won’t hurt my back (I can’t even jog)! I’m on the search for a convenient fitness program that requires no gym membership and no equipment (except the jump rope), is that the purpose of the Jump Rope Ninja? I’ve been researching other fitness programs and their workouts usually include things like medicine balls, equalizer bars, kettlebells and other tools that I just don’t have. Just wanted to ask before I make the purchase. Thanks!

    1. Hey Alison, you’ve hit the nail on the head. Jump Rope Ninja is designed to teach people how to build a better body with only a jump rope (what I consider to be one of the most effective training tools). All you’ll need is a rope and a bit of space and you’re good to go. Let me know if you have any other questions!

  6. Dear Srdjan, it was already time that you gave us something like this… too much stuff for free (kidding, I like your postings with freebies).

    Advice for the hummm… heavy set guys: what impact would the rope have on our ankles? Do you have a special program for this?

    1. Haha thanks Alejandro. I’ll keep the free stuff coming don’t worry!

      That’s a good question. Being heavy set can have more of an impact on your joints for sure, so I would definitely recommend keeping your jumping volume low (especially at first). The way I would approach this is with smart, healthy changes to your nutrition plan. You can jump rope as much as you want but if you don’t make certain changes to the way you eat it’s going to be very difficult to drop the weight. This is precisely why I included the jump rope nutrition guide. I wanted to show people how to make better food choices that will supplement their jump rope training. So although there isn’t really a special program for heavy set guys, the approach I would take is simple: make the necessary nutrition changes according to the nutrition guide provided and start to slowly incorporate jump rope work (while always listening to your body for feedback).
