Today, the dream has finally become a reality and I couldn’t be more excited to share with you the launch of the first Bloom to Fit private fitness challenge.
If you haven’t had a chance to see what these private challenges are all about, take a minute to read the intro post from last week. Just don’t take too long because spots for this challenge are extremely limited.
If you’re ready to make things happen, then I’ve got one hell of a challenge ready to kick things off. I think you’re really going to like the new setup.
Private Fitness Challenge #1
The first private fitness challenge will begin on March 02, 2015 and will run through to March 15, 2015. The challenge will be built on three powerful exercises:
- Bodyweight squats
- Mountain climbers
- (Heavy) jump rope single unders
You will receive further exercise goals and details upon signing up.
What you will need:
For this challenge, it is recommend (but not mandatory) that you have the following tools on hand:
- A (heavy) jump rope
- Push-up stands
- A timer
If you don’t have access to these, don’t worry. You can still take part in the challenge. I will show you how to make modifications wherever necessary.
What you will get when you join:
When you join, you will receive plenty of resources to help get you through the challenge successfully. Here are some of the cool things you will get access to:
- A Challenge Preparation Guide – the main guide will provide you with all the important challenge details, proper exercise demonstrations, and links to extra resources that will help you get the most out of this challenge.
- A (new) private Facebook group – interact with and be inspired by an amazing group of people from all across the globe and get the support you need to get through the challenge successfully. Use this group to share your results, your stories, your struggles and triumphs; feel free to post pictures/vidoes, ask questions and provide feedback.
- An (advanced) fitness tracker – a very comprehensive fitness and nutrition tracker that will allow you to visually keep track of your progress over the course of the challenge.
- Bonus nutrition challenge – nutrition plays an important role in our better body lifestyle and so you will get access to a bonus nutrition challenge that you can do in parallel with the fitness challenge.
How to Join the Private Challenge
Since this is the very first private fitness challenge, I will only be accepting 50 participants. All open spots will go on a first come, first serve basis. Once the 50 slots are filled up, doors will close until our next private challenge. If you want in on this challenge, make sure you act quick!

Step 1: Leave a Comment
It’s important that you introduce yourself.
Scroll down to the bottom of this post and leave a comment introducing yourself and letting everyone know that you’re taking part in the challenge. That’s step one. Do that first, then come back to step 2.
Step 2: Share the Challenge

Step 3: Reserve Your Spot!
This is the final and most important step: click the yellow Reserve Your Spot button below and you’ll be taken to a simple payment page.
Remember that this is a pay what you want challenge with a minimum entrance fee of $1. You will see a default fee of $11.00 (suggested), but you can change that to what you feel is fair.

Once your price is set, update your cart and click the Checkout with Paypal button. This will then allow you to pay with your Paypal account, credit card, or debit card. As soon as you go through the purchase, you will get access to all the challenge components.

Challenges work best when they’re done with the people we trust most. We have the greatest chance of being successful when we surround ourselves with people who care for us and keep us accountable.
