Hey, I'm Srdjan Popovic (aka Serge) and I'm your host here at Bloom to Fit. I'm really excited to get to know you a little better. If you're new to our community, please read on.

If you're a beginner looking to learn how to stop making excuses and finally jump-start your fitness journey, you're going to love my unique philosophy.

If you're busy - either you run a business, handle responsibilities at home, or just run on a tight schedule - you're going to find the workouts and challenges super useful.

If you've been training for some time and you're starting to get bored of your old training routines, you're going to find my workouts and challenges refreshing.

If you're looking for short-cuts or magic potions - well, you won't find them here.

My goal here is to help you become the best version of yourself possible.

I want to inspire you to make better choices, build the body that you want, and do incredible things with your life. Because we only live once.

My philosophy here can be summarized in three words: keep things simple.

Our entire philosophy is built around simplicity. We focus on simple workouts, simple training tools and strategies, and simple nutrition rules.

Simplicity breeds action. If you can keep things simple, you're more likely to see things through. You're more likely to be consistent. And that's often half the battle.

Just don't confuse simple with easy. Simple still requires work. It still requires time, effort, and sweat. But simple creates a distraction-free environment that's necessary for success.

That's why every challenge, every workout, every nutrition plan, and every training strategy I share with you here is built with simplicity in mind.

Every Monday morning, I publish a new challenge to my newsletter. The challenge is comprised of a unique workout, a simple nutrition challenge, and quote to get you thinking.

​My workouts are generally built around simple training tools like jump ropes, kettlebells, and your body. They can be done anywhere. No gyms or fancy equipment necessary.

Again - simplicity breeds action.

These little weekly challenges are designed to teach you new training methods, get your heart rate up, maximize fat loss, get you to experiment with new (healthy) foods and recipes, and do things that are a little bit out of your comfort zone.
