I hope you’re ready for this one because it’s going to leave you digging deep for that little something extra.
I’ve received a lot of amazing feedback from the previous challenge we did and so I think you guys are really going to love the structure of this month’s challenge.
With that being said, I’m pumped to get started. This is going to be one badass 21-day fitness challenge and just in time to prep you for the holiday season that’s coming up.
So if you think you’ve got what it takes to complete this 21 day fitness challenge, read on for further details.
21 Day Kettlebell Fitness Challenge
The kettlebell fitness challenge is open to everyone. It will begin on Monday October 26, 2015 and will run all the way through November 15, 2015.
Here’s a little promo video to show you what’s in store:
Your objective for the challenge is simple: complete each daily workout that is sent to you and follow the nutrition guidelines that are provided. That simple.
And yes – this is a combo challenge. There is both a fitness and a nutrition component that you must successfully complete if you want to see results.
Now let’s take a look at each individually.
Each morning, you will get a new workout delivered to you by email. The workouts are designed to help you achieve impressive fat loss, conditioning, and strength results. They will short and simple, roughly 10-20 min max, so time shouldn’t be an issue.
The workouts will be built around a combination of simple kettlebell exercises and bodyweight exercises.
To participate in the workouts, you will need your body (check), a kettlebell, and a timer. Nothing more. No need for gym memberships, complex equipment, or hours of your time. You are free to do the workouts wherever you please.
I will provide you with more information once you sign up.
When you join, you will receive a grocery list of food items (if you’re a vegetarian, I will provide you with your own grocery list).
The foods you see on this list are the only foods that you will be allowed to eat over the course of the 21-day challenge.
Don’t worry about being limited. There are over 100 items on the list that you’ll be able to choose from and mix and match to build delicious and highly nutritious meals.
I will be sharing some of my own meal ideas on my Instagram account over the course of the challenge.

Commonly Asked Questions
Can I participate if I’m new to kettlebell training?
Yes, of course. Once you join, I’ll send you some useful resources to help you get started. I will also be offering help over the course of the challenge to anyone who needs it.
What if I don’t have a kettlebell?
Well, you’ll have to go out and get one. But once you join, I’ll send over a simple guide to show you how to choose the right kettlebell for yourself if you haven’t already gotten one.
Do I need access to a gym to participate?
Nope. Not at all. The workouts I’m going to be sending you can be done anywhere. At home. In the park. In your office. In the airport. It doesn’t matter. As long as you have your kettlebell, you’re good to go.
What if I have specific dietary restrictions?
There are over 100 items on the grocery list to choose from so more than likely you will be able to find something that fits your lifestyle. If you have some very specific dietary restrictions, please make sure you talk to your doctor before making any changes.
If you have any other specific questions, feel free to post them in the comment section below.
