The world is not in a good place right now.
Statistics show that rates of obesity are increasing very quickly. In fact, two thirds of the US alone is currently overweight, obese, or extremely obese. And if we continue on the path that we’re on today, more than half of the world’s population will be obese by 2050.
There’s no doubt about it. We’re struggling. We’re unhealthy. Collectively, we’re in the worst shape of our lives.
And, with the system against us, we don’t stand much of a chance.
I want to change this.
One of my biggest goals in life is to make a difference in this world. I’m on a mission to do what I can to reverse the negative health patterns that have evolved. I want to help people make positive changes for their health so they can achieve great things in life.
A change is in order.
